On my last day in Savannah, we had brunch at Blue Turtle Bistro. The polenta dish intrigued me because I don't normally have polenta; I even had to look it up! I chose well!
The duck prosciutto was fatty and came in thick cuts; it was quite salty too but the polenta balanced that out. I tried to eat everything on the plate in a balanced manner, as in each serving had a little bit of polenta, sauce, prosciutto, and spinach. The combination of flavors was great, and the side of fresh fruit tricks you into thinking you're eating healthy. Haha... :o)
